Keep account, payment and licence support inside ONHOST CMS so customer records and sensitive actions remain auditable. ## Keep claims real Only document capabilities that are enabled and configured on the current installation. Do not promise provider automation, instant fulfilment, integrations or response times that your team has not tested and agreed to operate.
